  • Own the end-to-end content production process from intake through distribution.
  • Lead production for Filevine's content programs (video, blogs, case studies, digital assets, events).
  • Build and manage a content production team and freelance/vendor network.
  • Develop and own the editorial/content calendar aligned to marketing priorities and campaigns.
  • Establish project management systems and tooling for visibility into pipeline and timelines.
  • Partner with the Director of Brand & Creative to ensure infrastructure supports vision.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in content production/creative ops; at least 3 years managing a team.
  • Experience running content production at scale in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong production breadth across video, written content, digital assets, and event collateral.
  • Excellent PM instincts; experience with production tooling (PM software, DAM, calendars).
  • Proven ability to manage creative resource allocation, budgets, and external vendors/agencies.
  • Data-informed approach to content with ability to track ROI and report to leadership.
