📋 Description

• Lead and build the global Corporate Safety and Security function.
• Own strategy, operating model, and execution of a unified security program.
• Oversee five pillars: security, emergency prep, threat assessment, safety, training.
• Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, Legal and regional leaders.
• Based in London with significant international travel.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate safety and security; 7+ years leading global teams.
• Proven track record building or transforming physical security programs.
• Experience leading programs across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Technical orientation in physical security systems (access control, video, analytics).
• Vendor management for multi-million dollar budgets and procurement.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
