📋 Description

• Own M&A and investment processes end-to-end from engagement to close
• Build and pressure-test valuation, structure, and rationale independently
• Run focused diligence across tech, product, commercial, and financial dimensions
• Drive decisions forward—without creating unnecessary process or delay
• Partner with Product/Engineering on strategic fit and integration
• Work with Finance and Legal to structure and close efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital
• Led multiple M&A transactions end-to-end with limited oversight
• Comfortable as the most experienced deal operator in the room
• Strong judgment under time pressure and incomplete information
• Analytical rigor; knows when to decide without perfect data
• Able to engage credibly with technical leadership while keeping business perspective
