📋 Description

• Oversee full lifecycle of M&A and strategic transactions.
• Lead and develop a team of corporate development professionals.
• Guide financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic frameworks.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Establish and scale processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms.
• Ensure prioritization and resource allocation across opportunities.
• Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders to drive timely decisions.
• Represent Corporate Development in executive forums and influence decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in investment banking, PE, corporate development.
• Significant in-house corporate development with buyside deals.
• 5+ years people management; proven team-building track record.
• Deep understanding of tech and SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, LTV/CAC).
• Operate at strategic and organizational levels in complex contexts.
• Strong leadership; influence executives, partners, stakeholders.
• Experience building and scaling processes, teams, capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical and financial acumen; complex modeling.
• Excellent communicator to executive audiences.
• Translate long-term strategy into actionable plans.
• Cross-functional leadership across diverse teams.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, proactive mindset.
