- Lead technical accounting for complex transactions (M&A) with docs and controls
- Drive purchase accounting and acquisition integration under US GAAP/SOX
- Oversee quarterly US GAAP and annual IFRS statements with disclosures
- Partner with external auditors to lead audit process and readiness
- Own and enhance SOX controls; support IPO readiness and scalable reporting
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA – required
- 5+ years Big 4 public accounting
- Strong US GAAP; IFRS experience preferred
- Experience with M&A, financial instruments, stock-based compensation
- Hands-on SOX controls experience
