• Leverage AI and modern tools to personalize learning at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale L&D programs.
• Experience building global learning ecosystems (apprenticeships).
• Strong program management; translate priorities into programs.
• Expertise with LMS, governance, adoption, and integration.
• Able to hire, develop, and scale a global team.
• Partner with executives, People Ops, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; hands-on.
