Partner with Product and Engineering to operationalize new products and trading capabilities.
Evaluate operational risk across new market structures; implement controls.
Shape Alpaca's long-term ops strategy for multi-asset clearing.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in brokerage/clearing ops or related markets.
Deep expertise in brokerage and clearing operations.
Strong knowledge across equities, options, settlements, transfers, margins.
Deep expertise in Futures and/or Prediction Markets ops.
Experience with clearing firms, exchanges, OCC, CME, DTCC, etc.
Proven cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments.
