  • Define Delinea’s voice and writing style across channels.
  • Own content strategy aligned to ICP, personas, and GTM.
  • Partner with Demand Gen to create campaigns (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos).
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear messaging with Product Marketing.
  • Build a scalable production system: calendar, briefs, SME reviews, and repurposing.
  • Measure attribution and content-to-pipeline impact; optimize.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in content marketing; 3-5+ years leading teams.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline with attribution and funnel metrics.
  • Strong editorial leadership: positioning, storytelling, executive-level writing.
  • Experience creating content for complex buyers (security/IT/ops/compliance).
  • Cross-functional partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams.
  • Budget management and overseeing external resources (agencies, freelancers, vendors).
