🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred
- 5+ years in life sciences: compliance, ops, transparency, HCP/HCO
- Customer-facing/advisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of US/global laws and codes (OIG, PhRMA, EFPIA, Sunshine Act)
- Familiarity with compliance tech (engagement mgmt, transparency, CRM, workflow tools)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
