🎯 Requirements

12+ years in Compliance Assurance, Internal Audit, or Regulatory Testing in financial services/fintech
Significant experience managing international teams and developing senior talent
See the big picture and pivot to a strategic, risk-based monitoring program
Deep understanding of testing methodologies, sampling, and root cause analysis
Executive presence; comfortable presenting to C-level execs and driving remediation
Experience across multiple regulatory jurisdictions (US, UK/EU, APAC)
