🎯 Requirements

- Pivot monitoring from manual to strategic, risk-based approach.
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, sampling, and root cause analysis.
- Executive presence; comfortable presenting to C-levels and driving remediation.
- Experience across US/UK/EU/APAC regulatory jurisdictions.
- Preferred: SQL, Tableau, and data visualization for monitoring.
- Certifications such as CIA, CAMS, ICA Diploma in GRC.
