- Cross-functional communication with compliance, product, and engineers.
- Mentoring data scientists; develop team and raise quality.
- Model governance, explainability, and docs in regulated env.
- Crypto domain familiarity: on-chain analytics or VASP concepts is a plus.
- Experience with regulatory examinations or model validation is valued.
