🎯 Requirements

- Strong HIPAA/privacy knowledge; familiarity with FTC/state laws.
- Hands-on investigations, policy/SOP development, training.
- Experience with audits/certs (SOC 2, HITRUST) and regulatory inquiries.
- Familiarity with OIG/SAM/OFAC screening and compliance tooling.
