📋 Description

  • Lead design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, structure reviews) with HRBPs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and pay analyses for competitive positioning.
  • Align positions and levels within the job architecture to the career framework.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and leaders on compensation decisions and equity.
  • Develop and manage the benefits strategy (health, retirement, wellbeing).

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 12+ years in compensation/benefits; at least 3 in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and regulations.
  • Experience leading global compensation cycles and benefits renewals.
  • M&A experience is required.
  • Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen to develop and adhere to global Total Rewards budgets.
