🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 12+ years in compensation/benefits; at least 3 in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and regulations.
- Experience leading global compensation cycles and benefits renewals.
- M&A experience is required.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen to develop and adhere to global Total Rewards budgets.
