🎯 Requirements

  • A in Financial Management (Economics / Accounting)
  • Vast C&B experience in a global software company
  • C&B experience in regional compensation and benefits management
  • Design, implement and communicate C&B programs
  • Educate and train leaders and HR on C&B topics
  • Strong HR operations knowledge and regulatory compliance
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced knowledge of BI reporting tools (a plus)
