π― Requirements
- A in Financial Management (Economics / Accounting)
- Vast C&B experience in a global software company
- C&B experience in regional compensation and benefits management
- Design, implement and communicate C&B programs
- Educate and train leaders and HR on C&B topics
- Strong HR operations knowledge and regulatory compliance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced knowledge of BI reporting tools (a plus)
