  • Own the EMEA Commercial sales pipeline, forecast, and revenue attainment.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Commercial AEs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years sales leadership in SaaS/tech with high-velocity teams.
  • Proven ability to hire, ramp, and develop commercial AEs.
  • Deep understanding of commercial sales motions: pipeline and velocity.
  • Experience selling to engineering/product/technical leadership at growth-stage firms.
  • Data-driven leader using metrics to forecast and coach.
  • Hands-on leader comfortable in deals, on calls, and in the weeds.
