📋 Description

• Lead origination and execution of commercial private credit in South Florida.
• Originate, structure, and execute transactions via broad executive relationships.
• Develop a robust pipeline; finance mid-market opportunities.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual funding targets.
• Oversee deal lifecycle and partner with underwriting and risk teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in commercial lending or private credit.
• Self-motivated with ability to self-source opportunities in assigned market channel.
• Strong and proven track record of deal origination and execution.
• Deep understanding of the financial markets and alternative financing.
• Strong written and oral communications skills required.
• Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong South Florida market network.
