📋 Description

• Originate, structure, and execute commercial private credit transactions.
• Build and manage a robust deal pipeline in Greater Tampa Bay.
• Develop relationships with business owners, C-suite execs, sponsors, banks.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual funding targets.
• Oversee full deal lifecycle with underwriting and risk teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in commercial lending or private credit.
• Self-motivated with ability to self-source opportunities.
• Strong track record of deal origination and execution.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and alternative financing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders; strong South Florida network.
