- Develop and launch partner incentive programs, promotions, and performance levers that motivate and accelerate channel results.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B channel/partnership revenue experience.
- Excellent negotiation and complex partnership management.
- Executive presence influencing C-level and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptive operator with strategy, deals, operations, and execution.
- Data-driven with forecasting channel revenue and ROI.
- Bonus: IAM/security/authentication or ATS/HCM/EHR experience.
