  • Execute CLEAR1โ€™s channel sales strategy to grow revenue via partners.
  • Evaluate and structure new partnership opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Own revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines.
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships with resources and guidance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Marketing, and Sales to align channel initiatives with goals.
  • Develop and launch partner incentives to accelerate channel results.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide insights to optimize productivity.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B channel sales and partnerships experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex partnerships.
  • Executive presence with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
  • Highly adaptable operator with context-switching across strategy, deals, operations, and execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience forecasting channel revenue and ROI.
  • Bonus: Identity/security, or workforce platform experience (ATS, HCM/HRIS, EHR).
