- 8+ years of B2B channel sales and partnerships experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex partnerships.
- Executive presence with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
- Highly adaptable operator with context-switching across strategy, deals, operations, and execution.
- Data-driven mindset with experience forecasting channel revenue and ROI.
- Bonus: Identity/security, or workforce platform experience (ATS, HCM/HRIS, EHR).
