📋 Description

• Own end-to-end fleet performance across active markets.
• Drive KPIs: fleet availability, autonomous miles, incident rates, SLA.
• Turn operational data into insights to boost uptime and UX.
• Lead multi-market ops; standardize cross-geography execution.
• Ensure readiness for new markets: staffing, infra, regulatory alignment.
• Oversee real-time command center, incident management, escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 10+ years in operations leadership in real-time environments.
• 5+ years in senior leadership with multi-site/multi-market ops.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and performance-based contracts.
• Proven track record of scaling complex operational systems for safety and cost.
• Cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Product, and Commercial; data-driven.
