📋 Description

• Define and execute multi-year B2B collections strategy for unsecured products.
• Own metrics for delinquencies, roll rates, and net charge-offs; drive gains.
• Lead and mentor collections managers and specialists.
• Optimize SOPs/workflows; oversee external agencies and legal partners.
• Partner with Data Science/Engineering to build predictive risk models and AI outreach.
• Provide feedback to Underwriting and Credit Policy; ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ yrs in collections/risk ops/credit; 5+ yrs B2B unsecured credit.
• 3+ yrs in a senior leadership role.
• Deep domain in commercial collections: workouts, arbitration, bankruptcy.
• Analytical; data warehouses; Looker/Hex; collaborate with data science.
• Experience in high-growth fintech or modern banking.
• Executive communication with C-suite and external banking partners.
