📋 Description

• Lead the strategy for recovering delinquent balances
• Identify root causes of non-payment using tools and respond
• Balance recovery with long-term customer relationships
• Negotiate high-balance workouts from unsecured credit
• Optimize policies and risk positioning across review cycles
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Finance, GTM and Support

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in collections, risk ops, or credit cycle mgmt; 5+ years in senior leadership
• Commercial collections expert: workouts, arbitration, bankruptcy, legal recoveries, B2B settlements
• Analytical; proficient with data warehouses and BI tools (Looker, Hex) with DS teams
• Experience in high-growth fintech or modern banking
• Strong executive communication; present risk metrics to C-suite and partners
• Bonus: AI-assisted collections outreach and modern CRM ecosystems
