🎯 Requirements
- 9+ years in senior operational leadership in tech/services
- Track record influencing senior stakeholders across functions
- Experience owning internal platforms/tools with adoption impact
- Comfort with low-code and AI-assisted tooling; able to set direction
- Ability to set strategic roadmap for two quarters while delivering the current one
- Excellent written and verbal communication
