🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Business or Finance preferred.
• 8+ years in strategy and startup/product innovation.
• 5+ years healthcare industry experience; provider/payor familiarity preferred.
• Proven growth strategy experience for new business lines/products.
• Experience coaching junior team members and autonomous work style.
• Strong synthesis of research into actionable insights; proficient with finance concepts.
