Director, Clinical Operations

📋 Description

• Lead clinical operations across WHOOP's regulated/unregulated health features, incl SaMD.
• Develop fit-for-purpose models for internal and CRO studies.
• Partner with Clinical Science to shape study execution, resources, and vendor plans.
• Lead study startup, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, retention, logistics, and data collection.
• Manage CROs and vendors; establish governance and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical operations/reg healthcare.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary clinical ops teams.
• Experience overseeing CROs and external vendor partnerships.
• Experience leading internally executed programs incl. DCTs/hybrid.
• Deep expertise in trial execution, TMF, and GCP/FDA/IRB knowledge.
