Oversee GCM quality and implement corrective actions for trends.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or higher in a scientific/healthcare field.
12+ years in clinical ops/data mgmt in CRO/pharma; 5+ yrs on-site monitoring.
Onsite monitoring with EDC and EMR systems.
6+ yrs supervising CRAs and CRA Managers.
Experience creating development programs and staff training processes.
Travel availability ~25% domestically/internationally.
