🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, business, or related field.
Master’s degree (MPH, MHA, or MBA) preferred.
7–10 years in healthcare ops or digital health.
3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.
Domain knowledge: clinical performance metrics and drivers of healthcare cost.
