🎯 Requirements

- 10+ years FP&A in biotech/pharma; corporate finance and strategic planning.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and valuation.
- Leadership experience leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex financial concepts.
- Based at SF HQ; hybrid role with travel.
