📋 Description

• Director, Clinical Development role leading trials in inflammation and immunology.
• Co-leads studies with Medical Director; designs, executes and analyzes trials.
• Develop trial documents (protocols, investigator brochures, CSR) with rigor.
• Oversee endpoints, populations, sites, and timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align clinical strategies with programs.
• Travel about 35% for All Hands, Phase 3 meetings, and sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, or DVM).
• 5+ years research; 2+ years clinical development; immunology/dermatology preferred.
• Strong clinical trial design, execution, and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset; interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation.
• Solid knowledge of GCP and ethical guidelines; cross-functional teamwork.
