  • Manage and grow client relationships to drive retention and expansion.

  • Collaborate with operations/IT/product to resolve issues and cross-sell.
  • Oversee full client lifecycle: sales, implementations, go-lives.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting notes, and client reports.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction; track KPI metrics and SLA compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • 7-10 years' account management in healthcare tech, revenue cycle focus.
  • Equivalency of education and experience considered.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
