🎯 Requirements

7+ years in client success, delivery, or senior client-facing role.
Proven ability to manage executive relationships in complex environments.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams (PMs, product managers, or consultants).
Strong knowledge of agile delivery, governance, and scope management.
Comfortable engaging with engineers and architects on delivery risk and trade-offs.
Excellent written and verbal communication; distill context into executive summaries.
