- Act as the senior finance escalation point for ES Client Finance, overseeing pipeline-to-revenue frameworks and month-end outcomes.
- Lead Client Finance Managers and governance to enable scalable operating models and executive insight.
- Build dashboards, playbooks, and cadence routines (weekly flash, MBRs, QBRs) to drive decisions.
- Own the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting for the ES service line.
- Develop and coach a team; maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Provide forward-looking views, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses to support growth.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience in pharma services/agency environments.
- 5+ years in supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or related; advanced degree.
- Proven success leading a team or large client portfolio within an agency or services organization.
- Deep experience with FP&A, Accounting, Sales Ops, BD in a matrixed setting.
- Strong command of revenue mechanics (T&M, fixed-fee/milestone), backlog, and cash conversion.
