🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience
10+ years in healthcare strategy and claims operations
6+ years of leadership experience
2+ years in program management and/or process design
3+ years analyzing data to solve complex operational problems
3+ years designing and improving business workflows
