  • Own and scale DataGuardโ€™s partner GTM strategy for indirect revenue.
  • Expand Deutsche Telekom alliance; build distributor/reseller ecosystem.
  • Recruit, enable, and grow top-tier partners; establish scalable lifecycle from onboarding to co-sell.
  • Drive marketplace strategy and hyperscaler ecosystem positioning.
  • Co-create and execute joint business plans with partners.

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales leadership focusing on channel/partner sales.
  • Track record scaling indirect revenue via distributors, resellers, partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of modern GTM models incl. marketplace-led growth (AWS, Azure).
  • Data-driven, strategic with track record of overachieving targets.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder mgmt, and communication.
  • Native German and fluent English.
