  • Drive global channel and alliance strategy to back roadmap and revenue.
  • Lead and grow the Channel & Alliances team; set operating rhythm and goals.
  • Hit targets for partner-sourced/influenced pipeline and ARR; forecast.
  • Design and govern the partner program (tiers, incentives, economics); recruit top-tier partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on joint GTM plans, co-branded campaigns, events.
  • Establish partner governance (QBRs, scorecards, joint plans) and track pipeline.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS; 5+ years in channel sales/alliances.
  • Proven track record scaling partner programs to drive ARR.
  • Led teams of partner managers or channel sellers; coaching and performance.
  • Knowledge of accounting firms, ERP ecosystems, and finance tech (NetSuite, Sage).
  • History recruiting, negotiating, enabling VARs, SIs, ISVs, and referral partners.
  • Commercial acumen and sales DNA; owning targets; collaboration with direct sales.
  • Build joint business plans with pipeline targets and enablement milestones.
  • Excellent communication; articulate FinQuery value to partners; organized.
