- Led teams of partner managers or channel sellers; coaching and performance.
- Knowledge of accounting firms, ERP ecosystems, and finance tech (NetSuite, Sage).
- History recruiting, negotiating, enabling VARs, SIs, ISVs, and referral partners.
- Commercial acumen and sales DNA; owning targets; collaboration with direct sales.
- Build joint business plans with pipeline targets and enablement milestones.
- Excellent communication; articulate FinQuery value to partners; organized.
