📋 Description

• Own census integrity and member coverage for all PACE participants.
• Design scalable enrollment and eligibility workflows across CMS/state agencies.
• Lead a cross-functional team; set performance standards and audit readiness.
• Ensure timely, accurate Medicaid re-eligibility and enrollment operations.
• Establish policies, workflows, and controls; align with partners.
• Oversee enrollment, eligibility, CMS interactions; drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in health insurance ops, incl. 2+ years leading teams.
• Medicaid and Medicare eligibility expertise, incl. re-eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and governance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; project management.
• Knowledge of CMS, state Medicaid agencies, and PACE operations.
