🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in growth/partnerships/BD at B2B SaaS; 3+ years driving revenue.
  • Proven track record building partnerships/affiliate/referral programs from zero to revenue.
  • Marketing fluency: P&L, CPA/LTV math, and media-buying decisions.
  • Commercial instincts; negotiate rate-cards and multi-year partnerships.
  • Technically curious; understands integrations and can work with engineers.
  • Data-driven; define metrics, build dashboards, manage attribution.
