📋 Description

  • Strategic partner to PLT; translate goals into quarterly actions.
  • Lead OKR management and executive reviews; run ops calendar across P&C.
  • Collect and monitor P&C KPIs via dashboards; drive data-driven decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders across Zscaler.
  • Represent People & Culture within the ops community to ensure a no-surprises environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Business Operations or Strategy supporting VP-level
  • Proven ability to manage complex rhythms with urgency and velocity
  • Experience with OKR management and end-to-end planning cycles
  • Strong proficiency in data-driven dashboards and exec-level comms
  • Ability to strategize end-state while executing tactical details
  • SaaS high-growth experience (preferred)
