Collect and monitor P&C KPIs via dashboards; drive data-driven decisions.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders across Zscaler.
Represent People & Culture within the ops community to ensure a no-surprises environment.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Business Operations or Strategy supporting VP-level
Proven ability to manage complex rhythms with urgency and velocity
Experience with OKR management and end-to-end planning cycles
Strong proficiency in data-driven dashboards and exec-level comms
Ability to strategize end-state while executing tactical details
SaaS high-growth experience (preferred)
