  • Lead, coach, and scale the NA BD org, incl. first- and second-line leaders

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years SDR/BDR leadership in inbound/outbound motions
  • 3+ years of second-line managerial experience
  • Proven track record scaling BD teams in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Strong people leadership and building leadership capability
  • Deep understanding of pipeline generation and enterprise GTM
  • Data-driven with goal setting and accountability
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, RevOps
  • Experience selling data, analytics, or developer-focused products
