  • Lead and scale the NA BD org, including first- and second-line leaders
  • Own NA pipeline targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build outbound and inbound BD strategy aligned to GTM priorities
  • Partner with Sales leadership on ICPs, territories, and messaging
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead flow and campaigns
  • Drive forecasting, capacity planning, KPI tracking, and accountability

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years SDR/BDR leadership in inbound/outbound; 3 years second-line management
  • Strong people leadership with experience managing managers
  • Deep understanding of pipeline generation, outbound motion design, and enterprise GTM
  • Ability to set goals, measure outcomes, and drive accountability with data
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Bonus: experience selling data/analytics or developer-focused products
