🎯 Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in BD, partnerships, or corporate development in biopharma/diagnostics.
  • Track record closing deals in oncology/diagnostics.
  • Strong scientific and commercial understanding of oncology or immunology.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy; PhD a strong plus.
  • 3+ years in Corporate BD, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Industry background in diagnostics, life sciences, or PE/VC.
