📋 Description

  • Define Blueprint’s sales playbook and lead its execution with Marketing, Ops, and Legal
  • Identify, qualify, and develop customer and partner relationships via outreach and demos
  • Lead efforts to manage, nurture, and retain existing Blueprint accounts
  • Bridge customers and Engineering; map workflows across trading, staking, ops, finance, reporting
  • Develop partnerships with staking, data, trading, and custody vendors
  • Own projects beyond scope, such as revenue operations, onboarding, or product

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or early-stage sales
  • Skilled in customer conversations and trust-building with institutional users
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Highly motivated and eager to contribute to Blueprint's success
  • Strong knowledge and interest in digital assets
