- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or early-stage sales
- Skilled in customer conversations and trust-building with institutional users
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Highly motivated and eager to contribute to Blueprint's success
- Strong knowledge and interest in digital assets
