  • Identify, engage, and close biospecimen opportunities in assigned region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients; manage pipeline.
  • Qualify leads from marketing and inbound inquiries.
  • Prospect new clients to ensure a robust pipeline; cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical ops, lab ops, PM, and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows; maintain CRM metrics.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s in Life Sciences or related field.
  • 1-2 yrs Life Science/Healthcare sales OR 3+ yrs lab/clinical ops.
  • Self-directed, strategic; strong collaboration.
  • Willing to travel up to 35%; valid driver's license.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally incl. overnight.
  • Fluent in English (read/write/speak).
