Director, Business Development

📋 Description

• Forge and lead strategic partnerships with infrastructure, cloud, and ISV partners
• Define joint strategies, integrations, and co-sell motions with partners
• Build scalable programs to accelerate revenue and market expansion
• Design and execute quarterly partner business plans with cross-functional teams
• Ensure joint value proposition is clearly understood across partner GTM teams
• Nurture strong field engagement between CoreWeave and partner sales organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of partnerships leadership in Data & AI with cloud and ISV partners
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud, and data ecosystems
• Proven partnerships with NVIDIA and at least one of Azure/AWS/Meta/Google Cloud
• Strong communication to explain complex concepts to varied audiences
• Ability to develop compelling joint value propositions with partners
• Executive presence and GTM savvy with negotiation and planning
