🎯 Requirements

Significant BD exp with leading transactions (buy-/sell-side)
Deep understanding of drug development and commercialization
Skilled in deal structures; cross-functional coordination (finance/legal/tax/R&D)
Advanced financial modeling and commercial forecasting
Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across business and science
Experience with licensing, M&A, and external partnerships
