- Partner with Producers and agency teams across Creative, Client Experience, PR, Legal, Finance.
- Review creative for legal implications including IP, licensing and third-party clearances.
- Draft/manage production contracts, releases, affidavits, and music rights.
- Lead talent and production budget processes; generate talent estimates.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in advertising Business Affairs.
- Proficient in SAG-AFTRA Commercials contracts.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to lead and grow a Business Affairs team.
- Excellent attention to detail under pressure.
- Ability to educate departments on SAG contracts and licensing.
