🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace/Industrial).
- 10+ years in Supplier Industrialization/Manufacturing Eng (aerospace).
- 5+ years direct people management experience.
- AS9100/ISO 9001 and APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, Control Plans expertise.
- Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Experience with PLM, ERP, MES and data analysis.
- Six Sigma Black Belt, CMQ/OE, or PMP certification.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work week.
