Director, BD & Strategic Partnerships

📋 Description

• Hunt and close strategic partnerships and embedded growth channels.
• Define GTM strategy with Head of Partnerships and European leadership.
• Support target setting and revenue delivery for the UK partnership channel.
• Foster C-suite relationships with major partners and represent Lemonade.
• Define, track, and optimize KPIs for ROI-positive partnerships.
• Serve on the UK Branch Management Committee and coordinate with the branch manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in BD, partnerships, and GTM; fintech/insurance experience preferred.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing profitable UK insurance deals.
• Deep knowledge of UK regulatory landscape and strong network.
• Ability to move fast and coordinate with Legal, Product, Tech, and Marketing.
• Strong financial literacy; ability to build business cases and ROI analyses.
• Ability to work in our London office.
