- Lead and support mitigation bank development across the assigned territory.

- Drive bank development strategy with market evaluation and delivery optimization.
- Review project performance and coordinate finance, risk, and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in applied sciences, engineering, restoration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in applied sciences/engineering/restoration/mitigation banking or related project environment.
- 5+ years of project management experience and/or team leadership.
- Experience leading complex projects from conception through completion.
- Experience managing, mentoring, coaching, or overseeing Project Managers or multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, execution, reporting, and delivery.
